Poster Session and Reception
On the evening of Thursday, June 14th, there will be a Poster Session and Reception in Ballroom A of the Dixon Conference Center featuring both student and faculty work and research related to water resources.
Poster Guidelines
- Posters should be 3 by 3 feet.
- Poster set up will be between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, and posters may be delivered to Ballroom A of the Dixon Conference Center, where they will be received by Conference Center staff member Laura Crandall.
- These product types are acceptable for poster presentations: foam board, poster board, or mat board. A "backboard" is not required. If you do not use foam board, laminating the poster is highly recommended.
- Please apply a loop/hook (Velcro type) material to the back of the poster for hanging.
- The Poster Session and Reception will begin at 6:00 p.m. and end at approximately 9:00 p.m. During the course of the reception, we hope you will be in the vicinity of your poster and available to answer questions from colleagues and fellow conference attendees.
- Posters may be removed after the buffet luncheon on Friday, June 15th. All posters should be removed no later than 5:00 p.m. on the afternoon of June 15th.
