Poster Session and Reception

On the evening of Thursday, June 14th, there will be a Poster Session and Reception in Ballroom A of the Dixon Conference Center featuring both student and faculty work and research related to water resources.

Poster Guidelines

Posters should be 3 by 3 feet.
Poster set up will be between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, and posters may be delivered to Ballroom A of the Dixon Conference Center, where they will be received by Conference Center staff member Laura Crandall.
These product types are acceptable for poster presentations: foam board, poster board, or mat board. A "backboard" is not required. If you do not use foam board, laminating the poster is highly recommended.
Please apply a loop/hook (Velcro type) material to the back of the poster for hanging.
The Poster Session and Reception will begin at 6:00 p.m. and end at approximately 9:00 p.m. During the course of the reception, we hope you will be in the vicinity of your poster and available to answer questions from colleagues and fellow conference attendees.
Posters may be removed after the buffet luncheon on Friday, June 15th. All posters should be removed no later than 5:00 p.m. on the afternoon of June 15th.
